SUMMARY: The Commercial Janitor will be responsible for keeping the premises of five office buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. The buildings furthest apart are approximately a 15-minute walk, however, there is a golf cart that can be utilized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities for this position shall include but is not limited to the following: ? Cleans and polishes light fixtures, surfaces, and trim ? Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, breakrooms, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas ? Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor ? Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture ? Washes windows, door panels, and sills ? Empties wastebaskets; transports trash and waste to disposal area ? Replenishes bathroom and breakroom supplies ? Complete tasks as assigned with limited supervision ? Other duties may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS: ? Required to frequently stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, and/or kneel ? Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds ? Must be a team player ? Must consistently be at work and on time ? Must have passion & enthusiasm for work.
