Janitorial Tasks:

Clean and sanitize Bathrooms (first thing)
1. mop daily, empty trash, refill paper towel dispensers, toilet paper, and soap dispensers as needed
2. Sanitize grab bars in ADA stall
Clean and sanitize Community Room, leave unlocked (all doors)
1. General cleaning/sanitizing Mon Tues Weds Friday
2. Thorough cleaning Thursdays, includes mopping
3. Fill hand sanitizers as needed (on tables)
Clean laundry rooms 2nd and 4th floors
Clean all common areas:
1. Hallways and lounge areas on 2nd, 3rd, and 4thfloors
  - Vacuum, dust, clean baseboards, clean handrails with sanitizer.
  - Clean/Sanitize furniture in lounges
2. First floor lobby, first floor residential hallway, first floor retail hallway, fitness room
  - Clean and sanitize lobby furniture, treat with Sterifab once weekly (Thursdays)
  - Clean stains on carpets as needed
Trash emptied throughout the building
Trash Bins (trash room/trash area outdoors) swapped per pick up schedule
Elevators:
1. Clean/Carpet Sweep twice weekly
2. Clean within doors (see maintenance tech for instructions)
3. Sanitize handrails, elevator buttons
4. Clean stains on elevator carpets as needed
Clean doors and windows (indoor and outdoor) twice per month
Other janitorial issues as they occur
