We are seeking a Janitor Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings/ offices in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and vacuum carpets.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Provide on vehicle to move from one job to other NOT more than 8 miles between jobs. We pay commission for use your own vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
