GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited :

· Clean clubhouse(s), clean gatehouse, arrange pool furniture, pick up debris, some landscaping (Install plants, flowers, mulch.

· Minor painting.

· Use of Golf Cart/ Gator required, use of leaf blowers, use of hand tools.

· Violation inspections and providing violation notices.

Full-Time Wednesday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Scale: Up to $18.75 DOE

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50lbs
Familiar with hand tools and gardening tools, familiar with pressure washing, experience with painting, experience with interior cleaning.
