Job Description: Janitorial Worker
Location: McGregor, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $16-$17/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including offices, breakrooms, and manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize breakrooms and office spaces, including wiping surfaces and disinfecting high-touch areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
Perform cleaning and sweeping in manufacturing areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Adhere to all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning schedules.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
