COMPREHENSIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Off-site Janitor/Contracts
REPORT TO: Manager of External Contracts
JOB SUMMARY
Employee works independently at off-site location and performs janitorial duties according to customer specifications and requirements. Employee will travel to off-site location and empty trash containers and dispose of properly; clean restrooms and re-supply; clean kitchen; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust fixtures and furniture; clean windows and arm or disarm security system if required by contract. Employee is responsible for additional cleaning responsibilities as specified by individual contract, which can vary by designated job site. Employee will maintain and submit a record of hours worked. Will also submit requisitions for supplies to supervisor.
Employee will adhere to Universal Precautions and Youngstown Area Goodwill’s safety regulations and procedures.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE REQUIRED
Elementary school is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.
HOURS WORKED
The employee will work part-time; hours and locations may vary.

May vary, but normally five days a week.
