As an Enterprise Application Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our organization’s Enterprise Application landscape. Your primary focus will be on Workday—the cornerstone for our HR and Finance system processes. Driving digital transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless application experiences. 1. Workday Strategy and Roadmap Develop and execute a strategic vision for Workday, aligning it with our business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the roadmap for Workday enhancements, integrations, Workday AI and feature adoption. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Workday and other enterprise applications. 2. Implementation and Deployment Lead end-to-end Workday enhancement projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Work closely with internal cross functional teams as well as external partners to ensure successful deployment of new features and integrations. Drive change management efforts to maximize user adoption and minimize disruption during transitions. 3. Stakeholder Management Engage with business leaders, functional teams, and end-users to understand their needs and pain points. Foster strong relationships with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday aligns with their processes. Advocate for Workday as a strategic enabler, emphasizing its impact on productivity and data-driven decision-making. 4. Governance and Compliance Establish governance processes for Workday, including implementation of changes, security controls, access management, and data privacy. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Oversee any needed audits and address any audit findings related to Workday. Engage with other platform teams to align on global data management. 5. Optimization and Continuous Improvement Monitor system performance, identify system and process bottlenecks, and propose enhancements. Define and manage to KPIs. Champion a culture of continuous learning, encouraging users to explore Workday’s full capabilities. 6. Financial, Partner and Staff Management Manage all financial aspects for the department. Manage vendors engaged to maintain and enhance Workday and any other applications in the Enterprise ecosystem. Lead and manage small internal team and outsourced team responsible for maintaining, optimizing and enhancing outcomes supporting Press Ganey Forsta. Qualifications
10+ years Proven track record in leading large-scale Workday implementations and managing the platform throughout its lifecycle. Deep understanding of key business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, Record to Report) and best practices. Familiarity with other enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, other Tier 1 ERP, ServiceNow) is a plus. Leadership Skills 10+ years’ Experience leading, inspiring and guide teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change and superior customer support. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Technical Proficiency Deep understanding of Workday modules, including Financials, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect) and reporting tools (Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics). Strategic Thinking Visionary mindset to align Workday capabilities with organizational needs. Ability to balance short-term tactical goals with long-term strategic vision. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
