Manages successful execution of multiple multimillion-dollar projects through all stages of the project life cycle. Identifies project risks, including risks related to supply chain, mechanical engineering design, electrical engineering design, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to develop and manage a Risk Management Plan. Monitors and manages project resources, schedules, and budgets. Communicates and reports project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Coordinates and issues requisition requests for external labor and outsourced equipment. Directs and supports cross-functional project teams consisting of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, controls engineering, technology transfer (training and manuals), installation, and commissioning. Collaborates and coordinates with various team members including but not limited to Controls Engineers, Programmers, Project Managers, Assembly technicians, IT, and Warehouse personnel. Promotes Intralox, Intralox Integration, Intralox Engineering and Project Management best practices, processes, procedures, and tools. Ensures adherence to customer’s mechanical and electrical engineering specifications. Participates in engineering design reviews and regular meetings. Uses software such as MS Office Project, Word and Excel, AutoCAD, and ORACLE business suite to accomplish job responsibilities. Has in-depth knowledge of commonly-used project management and supervision concepts, practices, and procedures. Champions and ensures company culture is implemented and adhered to within their team. Acts as primary customer contact for status, schedule, compliance, and performance. Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets. Ensures a positive customer experience. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field. Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience or related technical experience. Proficient with MS Project, MS Office Suite, and AutoCAD. Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Good questioning skills to understand project needs and requirements. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player. Able to travel up to 30%. When critical to project success, able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders. Identify opportunities for improvement. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle. PMP Certification preferred. Experience project managing conveyance and sortation systems projects through all stages of the project lifecycle. Proficient at working from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Intralox’s benefit program is a major part of an employee’s total compensation from the company.
