The Associate will partner with various application teams and business stakeholders to follow the architecture and design guidelines to code integration solutions on time and meeting quality standards. What You Will Do Craft and implement integration solutions using Tibco Business Works container Edition (BWCE) and Mastery for real-time web services and microservice integration. Leverage Informatica for data integration tasks and Control-M for batch processing requirements. Apply knowledge of cloud-based integration tools to extend integration capabilities to the cloud, optimizing the infrastructure for scalability and agility. Work closely with IT teams, software architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies and code. Evaluate existing integration processes and tools, recommending improvements or new technologies to enhance system performance and reliability. Manage code deployment in collaboration with DevOps to manage source control repositories, ensuring best practices are followed in check-ins, branching and merging, and build CI/CD pipelines facilitating automated build and deployment processes to uphold quality standards and maintain timelines with respect to integrations. Work with the QA and Business UAT teams on building test cases and in testing the code built for functional, regression, performance, and load testing and in automating tests where possible. Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations and configurations, and processes to ensure smooth operations. Visually represent the integration details. Provide technical support for integration issues, including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementations. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You Will Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in integration tools and technologies, with expertise in Tibco Integrations tools specifically Business Works and Mashery. 5+ years of experience in developing APIs, Web services, microservices architecture and implementation. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in Tibco Business Works (Container Edition or version 6.x) and File Adaptors, Enterprise Messaging System (EMS) and Messaging Queue (MQ). Proven experience in cloud-based integration platforms to support evolving integration Architecture. Proven experience building SOAP/REST web services using complex XML and JSON. Experience or working knowledge in any ETL tools (Informatica, Talend). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders. Experience with Control-M and Informatica Powercenter is a plus. Proven experience in Unit/QA/UAT testing services built using SOAP UI, Postman, or other tools. Working knowledge in AWS would be a plus. Proven experience in the full lifecycle of applications/system development. Hands-on experience with Logging and Monitoring via various tools such as Tibco CLE, Grafana, Splunk. Experience with a central monitoring tool integrated with Tibco CLE and other container monitoring tools would be a plus. Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Containers and BW services as containers for Tibco and CI/CD processes and automation for BWCE is a must. Good working knowledge of implementing API Security best practice in compliance with OWSAP top 10 is a must. Good working knowledge of OpenAPI specification and documenting APIs and using tools like swagger is a must. Proven experience of writing detailed conceptual and technical documents, including diagrams (UML) is a must.
