Full Time Job Summary: The Executive Director of a Feeder Pattern will oversee and support approximately 10-15 schools and be responsible for leading a cross-functional team focused on supporting schools to deliver rigorous instruction and ensure overall student well-being. Responsibilities include improving the quality of instruction in all schools of the feeder pattern, coaching principals to improve student achievement and performance outcomes, evaluating principals using a pay-for-performance system tied to clear metrics, and engaging with division superintendents to provide school support. The role also involves managing, developing, and supporting HISD principals, building leaders’ capacity, and coaching principals to implement the district’s vision for a high-quality education. Qualifications: Education: Master’s Degree Work Experience: 5+ years of successful experience as principal or in a related position Thorough knowledge of board policy and procedures; working knowledge of federal and state laws regulations, policies, and procedures Proven effectiveness as a coach or mentor of others in leadership positions Salary Range:
