Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our team. The Equipment Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role is critical in supporting our operations by minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive machine maintenance
- Ensure the cleanliness of machines and their components by using the required tools.
- Utilize power tools to disassemble and reassemble parts
- Follow all instructions by supervisors when asked.
- Follow all policies and safety rules for the client.
- Keep areas cleaned and organized.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the mechanical maintenance process.
- Prior experience with troubleshooting
- Comfortable working working 12 hour shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills and executes all orders and/or demands promptly.
- Well-versed in outlining general maintenance requirements.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

Shift: 1st and 3rd; 12 hour Swing Shift.
