$19.50 Per Hour

Hartford County, CT

2nd shift Monday - Saturday 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

What You Will Do as an Equipment Operator:

· Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues

· Conduct required preventive maintenance tasks.

· Perform line clearance activities and return equipment to proper operation.

· Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers

· Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.

What You Need as an Equipment Operator:

· Understanding of computers and computerized controls

· 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or Technical Certificate with associated relevant experience.

· High School Diploma or GED required. Technical school background desirable

· Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
