You Are:
Infrastructure Delivery Lead Senior Manager – Provider - is responsible for selling and delivering infrastructure projects, programs and operations work in Provider accounts and operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
The Work:
Manage delivery of infrastructure solutions, both on prem and cloud, at Provider clients with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones.
Identify and implement innovation opportunities to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work and/or within IT operations work.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive program and project governance with client stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Accenture to ensure cohesive project execution and to leverage broader organizational capabilities in support of client objectives.
Contribute to business development activities, including origination, proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 10 years professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an infrastructure leader at a health system.
Experience working with/for a large consulting company.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
