About the Role: We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead and manage project timelines using Agile methodology, ensuring clear communication and coordination among cross-functional teams. This role is critical in driving sprint planning, prioritization, and reporting, while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. You will work closely with developers, testers, UI designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects in a regulated industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project timelines, sprint planning, and Agile workflows to ensure deliverables are met. Break down project structures, prioritize tasks, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Facilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring clear communication across teams. Create and manage dashboards to provide transparent project updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Testers, Developers, and UI Designers. Drive alignment between teams, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and necessary pivots. Support the creation of smaller, focused Scrum groups as part of long-term project goals. Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to leadership on project status and potential risks. Must-Have Qualifications: Scrum Master/Project Management Expertise: At least 5 years of experience managing Agile projects in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense. Agile Methodology Experience: Proven ability to lead Agile teams and implement Agile best practices. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience working with large groups (20 team members) and facilitating effective communication. Familiarity with programming concepts and Linux environments (technical depth not required but beneficial). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with creating and optimizing project structures for efficient workflows. Strong soft skills: ability to run large meetings, communicate timelines effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Background in regulated industries and understanding of compliance requirements.
