Responsibilities:
- As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
- Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards is required.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) are recommended.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies
- Facilitate continuous improvement through regular retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies
