Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan projects with resources and deadlines
- Help the team utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes and debuggers in the full software development process
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove obstacles
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution
- Support and coach the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation among team members
- Works collaboratively and professionally with other MIRATECH associates in cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
Tech Stack: T-SQL, C#, TypeScript, jQuery, Blazor, Razor, NodeJS, ASP.NET 6, ASP.NET Core
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Proven track record with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams and champion Agile Methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Extensive experience creating and maintaining user stories, product backlog, and feature requests
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as, ADO, Jira, Trello, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with development teams working with ASP.NET 6, Blazor WebAssembly, Elasticsearch, and TypeScript
- High degree of proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint when need
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, S@S)
- Understanding of modern manufacturing technologies, digital transformations, and change management best practices
- Advanced certifications in Agile (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Familiarity with other systems like ERP, CRM, CPQ
