Supports team rules -Agile Team rules are lightweight, Scrum Master is responsible for reinforcing. Assists PO preparing and refining backlog for PI and Iteration Planning Works with RTE/TDM to ensure train meets overall PI Objectives/ Planning Coordinates with Scrum Masters, System Team, and Shared Services in the ART PI Planning events Works with the teams throughout each Iteration and PI Participates in the scrum of scrums Builds a high-performing team Facilitates team's progress toward goals - The Scrum Master is team facilitator and continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Help team focus on creating increments of value each iteration. Leads team efforts in relentless improvement and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
