Next Level Technician is looking for a Security General Manager in the Charlotte, NC Area!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

Oversee the implementation and management of video surveillance systems, access control, and other security technologies to safeguard company assets and facilities.

Lead a team of security professionals, including security managers, analysts, and officers, to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.

Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and HR, to address security concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with external security vendors, consultants, and law enforcement agencies.

Stay abreast of emerging threats and security trends to proactively enhance the company's security posture.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on security metrics, incidents, and risk assessments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM :

Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate security management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.

Strong knowledge of security technologies and solutions, including video surveillance systems, access control, alarm systems, and physical security measures.

Experience managing security operations in a complex and dynamic environment, preferably in the commercial security sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to analyze security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
