Y Relocation? N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY Effectively and efficiently manages the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment. Runs daily scrums, collaborates on requirement documentation, and unblocks barriers to keep the team moving. Coaches and collaborates with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, other Scrum Masters to foster decision-making and continuous improvement. Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and guide the development of agile capabilities in the Global Technology organization and across Marriott's portfolio of products. The candidate will have an expert level understanding of SAFe Agile Scrum principles and practices and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the Teams with the guiding business strategy. This specific position will support one or more of the Technology Workplace Products agile teams. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: + Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification. + SAFe 6.0 Certification - SA, PO/PM, etc. (Scaled Agile) + 7+ years' experience information technology experience including: + 5+ years applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning + 5+ years' experience working within agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection etc. + 5+ years' planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams + 5+ years creating and delivering presentations and project plans. + 2+ years working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Microsoft M365 suite, and/or Cloud-based platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud) Preferred: + Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) + Servant leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train + Familiarity with product/project development experience on an Agile Teams in a technology-focused organization + Ability to align change management stra To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
