Our innovative banking client in Cincinnati is looking for a Scrum Master for Agile, Analysis, and Process Improvement.


These teams are new to agility and come from a very strong Waterfall methodology, so looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience (preferably in helping transition traditionally Waterfall teams).


Rate Range: $60.00 - $70.00 W2 + Benefits

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:


  • Teach, mentor, and facilitate across multiple levels and teams in the organization
  • Collaborate with other team members and value team success over individual success
  • Support continuous learning related to Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics
  • Apply understanding of all software life cycle development disciplines, including project management, QA/testing, and implementation


Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Scrum at multiple Orgs
  • Demonstrate agile mindset while working in ambiguity and grey
  • Proactive behavior and flexibility in Scrum
  • Specific examples of team growth and maturation
  • Strong focus on soft skills and ability to influence, communicate and collaborate
