• Coaches the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
• Supports the team in reaching a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement, applying appropriate coaching and development techniques.
• Ensures that Scrum is understood and followed by the team, adhering to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
• Promotes the understanding and use of Scrum principles across the team.
• Coaches the team in self-organization and fosters a cross-functional skillset.
• Encourages domain knowledge growth within the team and supports effective communication internally and externally.
• Works closely with Scrum Team and internal/external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive collaboration.
• Supports organizational project or product teams to align with Scrum practices.
• Identifies and resolves team impediments, working with other Scrum Masters to enhance Scrum application and increase team effectiveness.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve personal growth and effectiveness within the Scrum Master role.
• Facilitates and supports all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
