Essential Duties Working with the development team, business, and program manager to create and execute release schedules. Collaboration in work prioritization, coming from multiple work stream groups. Working with the development manager to ensure that the development team has visibility to be able to work on the highest priority tasks. Working with the business, development team, QA, release management, etc, to ensure progression of work items through the SDLC. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right point of contact. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and communicating status. Supporting the Product Owner, balancing new enhancement work with production support work, setting realistic expectations. Providing support to the team, and leading by example Tracking the project budget and working with the development team and business to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
