Responsibilities
Demonstrates experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change. Provides process engineering technical support expertise to production activities and plans projects to improve unit operations. Analyzes processes and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted teams. Performs supply chain analyses and develops related recommendations. Uses analyses to develop recommended operational improvements, lowering costs and improving customer service. Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9004. Has specialized experience in modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e., use-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.
Peraton is looking for a Systems Integrator to provide SETA support for customer software development applications. Performing traditional systems integration at the enterprise level within the context of the political landscape, operational restrictions and changes, and interacting systems across the customer's organization
Identifying integration issues and coordinating TEMs to resolve them
Providing daily support to Project Manager and branch management
Coordinating and compiling responses to action items
Coordinating and facilitating customer meetings
This is an integration position but the person will get integration, engineering, and PM experience
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Ability to work independently
Ability to operate in an extremely dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Scrum Master experience
Understanding of SAFe agile (or similar) processes
Experience with Cloud and SaaS
Experience with software development or working in a software development environment
Project Management experience
Systems Engineering experience
Engineering or Computer Science degree and/or experience preferred

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
