Title: Senior SAP Project Manager/Scrum Master Work Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Job Description: This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. Candidates in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Job Duties & Responsibilities Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution. Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution Participates in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers Solves a range of straightforward problems Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure Performs other job-related duties as assigned Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques. Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management. Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline. Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization Manages program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks Ensures adherence to -/+ 5% say/do ratio to budget Performs other job-related duties as assigned Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have. Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC certified. Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.
