The Master Electrician will be responsible for supervising and executing major electrical projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and finishing electrical installations with precision and leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Master Electrician License in Colorado
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Master Electrician, particularly in field work
- Experience in Residential and Commercial electrical systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing training and ensuring high standards of work.
- Supervise and participate in the diagnose, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform electrical safety inspections.
- Ensure all project work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Conduct and oversee project inspections and testing to ensure adherence to safety and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including reports and records of installations and maintenance work.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the designated vehicle, equipment, and tools, and promptly report any incidents or damage to management for repair or replacement.
