Employment Specialist Group LLC is hiring: Master Scheduler in Milwaukee

Master Scheduler Job Overview:

You will work with the plant leads to process jobs through the shop to produce quality parts and achieve the customer's ship date.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You can utilize the Epicor system to schedule all orders that come
• You are able to schedule machines at all plant operation
• You can load new jobs into the system to place into the schedule in a timely manner
• You are able to communicate with purchasing and subcontract to ensure outside services support the on-time goals established
• When an NCR is created in the shop you are able to create the rework job to support the repair of the part
• You can support leads in planning proper hours for the coming week
• You are able to participate in daily shop walks to review where projects are at and what the impact of any delays may be to the schedule
• You are able to review sales order backlog report and project to controller what the coming month will be, at the end of each month
• You can cross train and support back up scheduler
• You can perform other duties as needed

Requirements

To be considered you’ll need:

• Two-year technical degree, a four-year degree is preferred
• 5+ years' experience in the same or equivalent role ideally in a manufacturing organization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Basic machining knowledge and blue print reading is a must
• Good communication skills & be a team player
• To be able to tolerate stressful situations
