Kraus Maintenance Inc. is hiring: Licensed Master Electrician in Astoria

A Real Estate Maintenance Company, seeking an experienced Licensed master Electrician to run the Electrical Division.

Responsibilities/Duties including but not limited to:

• Designing and executing plans for electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures in accordance with job specifications and codes.
• Directing and overseeing the work of a team of eight (8) junior electricians.
• Inspecting electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards and insure compliance with codes
• Performing administrative task such as maintaining records and handling project budgets.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years' experience as a Licensed Master Electrician
• Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, excel).
• Experience working with Local 32BJ union
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow through
• Strong Verbal and Communication skills

License:

• Master Electrician's License
• Valid driver’s license and car
