Job Summary:

As a Master Licensed HVAC Technician at CellSite Solutions, you play a pivotal role in safely installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The Master Licensed HVAC Technician will work on a crew and must have good interpersonal communication skills, as well as skills performing basic construction, electrical, and mechanical work.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Participate in training and development of the company's apprenticeship program.
• Installation of new HVAC units, typically 3- and 5-ton units.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
• Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC units.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Compliance with company and industry safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Travel is required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to use power and hand tools.
• Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC systems.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills required to interact with customers.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience required.
• Master License required.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
