As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$94,500-$123,000 USD

Job Summary: A scheduler performs various functions in ensuring that work being done within a company is performed in a particular order to attain efficiency and ensure that whatever product being rendered by a company meets or surpasses a specific standard and/or required level.
Responsibilities:
- Create and organize a production schedule daily and also make sure that every output (level) is recorded appropriately in the correct system
- Work within a cross-functional environment to coordinate enterprise scheduling activities.
- Make sure schedules are given to employees in a timely fashion and that any distortions in the company's schedule are accounted for always
- Ensure that every employee involved in the production process has a clear understanding of what is required to meet the orders and needs of customers
- Understand and Interpret Contract changes as well as impacts to project/program schedules
- Communicate abnormalities or variances to project/program teams
- Work with the project team to proactively identify issues affecting project results and timelines
- Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and also timely, and be prepared to deliver presentations or brief status
- 5+ years of experience as a program planner/scheduler
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with MS Project
- Must have excellent communication skills to be able to pass the necessary information to both customers and employees
- Possess an intermediate level of understanding of integrated schedules and industry standards as well as working knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS),
- Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Basis of Estimates (BOE), EVM, and JIRA
- Must be able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively, as well as having the ability to lead a team if required to
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate respectfully, cordially, and freely with people (customers, employees, and vendors inclusive)
- Must exhibit a high level of flexibility and an ability to multi-task at all times
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision as well as have good time management to meet required deadlines
- Must possess good reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Must possess at least a basic knowledge of project/program management activities
- Must be able to make use of different database programs, especially Microsoft Excel
- PMP Certification
