Your Role:

As a Master Esthetician, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized esthetic services that cater to the unique needs of each client. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performing Professional Treatments: Deliver a range of high-quality treatments including laser hair removal (Diamond Glow, HydraFacial, and more), BBL/Halo, facials, peels, body sculpting, and Morpheus8 for face and body.
  • Exceptional Guest Service: Consistently provide top-notch service, adhering to our guidelines and procedures.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized at-home care routines.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest skincare products and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team goals and foster positive relationships with colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Completion of at least 500 hours of skincare education, including required classroom work.
  • Continuous Learning: Participation in continuing education (preferred).
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and comply with local and state licensing laws.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in performing facials and following established protocols.
  • Licensing: Current Master Esthetician License in Washington State.
  • Communication Skills: Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Ability to communicate courteously and professionally, maintaining client confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
