Summary: Performs advanced skilled level plumbing installation, and repair work on plumbing systems for the ON2 Projects in the field. The Master Plumber exercises complete understanding of residential plumbing projects and ensures projects are in compliance with local building codes. Performs technical and semi-technical maintenance to the ON2 Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Installs, repairs, or replaces residential water systems

· Services and installs plumbing fixtures and equipment

· Monitors and inspects facilities, equipment, and systems to determine compliance with state standards, and need for repair or upgrade

· Reviews blueprints and construction plans

· Completes all plumbing connections and inspections to meet or exceed code requirements

· Obtains permits & inspections

· Arranges and schedules all inspections and testing

· Checks for all options needed to complete the project on time and on budget

· Trenches and installs underground connections

· Completes all plumbing details per plan including water and drain connections

· Installs PVC piping for drain lines per plan

· Installs plastic PEX tubing for water lines per plan

· Installs PVC piping for radon venting system per plan

· Installs hangers with proper spacing requirements to meet or exceed code requirements

· Completes Punch List Items

· Replaces defective parts

· Identifies problems

· Inspects systems once installed

· Troubleshoots system failures

· Follows all safety protocols

· Complies with all building codes

· Communicates proactively from the field to the assembly facility

· Keeps jobsite clean and orderly daily

· All work must be completed to satisfaction per inspection

· Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

· Knowledge of common building materials used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction

· Knowledge of component manufacturing process used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction

· Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work

· Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline

· Strong team work ethic

· Communicates effectively with team members

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

· Must Possess and Maintain a Colorado State Master Plumbers License which will be used for permits

· Professional Plumbing Experience 5-10 years

· Complete Understanding of Code Compliance
