The Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Leading the project team and coordinating with subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Conducting regular site meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with technical and legal standards.
Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to facilitate project development and execution.
Tracking daily reports and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure all phases are well-documented.

The ideal Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte will have the following qualifications:
At least 5 years of field experience in commercial construction, with a focus on projects valued between $2 million and $20 million.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and budget management.
Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

The Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte position will offer:
A highly competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000.
