Dickey's Barbecue Pit is hiring: Assistant Manager/Pit Master in Kalispell

We're looking for someone who loves interacting with our guests with a smile on their face as they 
serve up Legit Texas Barbecue.  We're looking for an additional assistant manager for the operation in the absence of the Pit Bosses, primarily afternoon and evenings.  Must follow food safety guidelines for preparation and holding of hot and cold items.

Duties:
Become proficient with the duties of the various positions within the operation
Primarily run the Block position, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing meat and other food for orders
Select and prepare meats following established guidelines
Manage food offerings and make sure reserves are prepared and ready as needed
Become proficient with the operation of the POS system and peripheral equipment. 
Manage workspace needs in our limited footprint, insuring proper and timely cleaning and restocking of materials and a clean dining area for guests.
Interact with guests, inquiring about their Dickey's experience and giving the finest possible customer service
Resolve pricing and food quality/quantity issues with guests and staff
Take initial catering orders and communicate to the Catering Manager
Manage the closing of the operation on days when scheduled for closing

Skills:
Food service preparation experience required

Following completion of training, wages to be $20+/hr. including tips. (wages increase throughout training)
