St. Michael’s is hiring a Requirements IDIQ Program Manager to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. As the Program Manager, you will serve as St. Michael’s senior point of contact for our DHS client with regard to all IDIQ contract level program management and technical issues for the U.S. Coast Guard Joint Requirements Information Management System (JRIMS) contract. will be paramount to this role as you will both lead and work as a contributing member to multiple JRIMS requirements generation teams in the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington D.C. LOCATION

Washington, D.C. (Hybrid) - (3 days on-site and 2 days telework) This position is contingent upon the award of the government contract. WHO YOU ARE

5 years of experience related to JRIMS or JCIDS capability requirements generation including some analysis and requirements document development 5 years program management experience 1 year of experience performing scheduling using Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Experience with DHS or DoD acquisition processes Bachelor’s Degree required Master of Project Management, MBA, PMP, or DAWIA PM certification

desired PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive program management support for the JRIMS IDIQ contract, including staffing, communications, technical performance, schedule, deliverables oversight, and cost control. Manage contract performance in accordance with contract statement of work Perform and manage day-to-day management of contract execution involving multiple task orders consisting of up to 20 personnel at multiple locations. Maintain financial reports demonstrating project progress and funding status Inform St. Michael’s managers and senior government officials of program status Provide capability requirements subject matter expertise to one or more IDIQ task orders to develop JRIMS requirements documents WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
