Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in beautiful historic Upstate New York. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and psychosocial needs

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems

- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and advocate for clients' needs

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

- Engage in community outreach and education to promote mental health awareness and resources

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

- Current LMSW or LCSW licensure in the state of New York

- Experience working with diverse populations and across the lifespan

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment

- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social work
