Summary:

We are looking for a Korean bilingual Factory Finished Goods Administrator (FG Admin) in Cartersville, GA, to manage the storage, tracking, and shipment of finished goods. The role includes inventory management, quality inspections, staff training, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in SAP/WMS, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse MHE and a bachelor's degree are preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, order picking, and shipment of finished goods from production lines to external and customer warehouses.
  • Utilize inventory management systems, including SAP and WMS, to track finished goods stock levels daily and ensure precise inventory records by location and Lot ID.
  • Conduct regular audits of packing materials and storage spaces to fulfill outbound shipment requirements, ensuring well-organized stock.
  • Inspect finished goods for quality compliance before shipping and coordinate repacking processes with the Quality Control (QC) or Production teams if defects are found.
  • Plan, manage, and report daily outbound shipment schedules, providing timely updates to both customers and internal teams.
  • Train and supervise staff in the use of SAP and WMS systems for efficient warehouse operations.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts, report findings, and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and manage warehouse equipment and tools, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Process and track the re-entry of finished goods into inventory per customer requests, updating the system accordingly.
  • Oversee staff attendance and work schedules for those involved in goods processing, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Korean bilingual proficiency required.

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
