Robert Half is hiring a Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst to join the team at John Deere. This role focuses on evaluating existing and new business processes, managing high-complexity projects, and driving process improvements across functional areas. The Business Analyst III will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with diverse teams to identify practical solutions, mitigate risks, and implement innovative strategies.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret business needs to recommend actionable solutions for process improvements.

• Document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and outline necessary changes to achieve desired capabilities.

• Plan and execute effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.

• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, addressing concerns and ensuring project requirements are met.

• Identify and assess risks, dependencies, and constraints, developing and implementing solutions as needed.

• Support feasibility studies and provide insights from technological and organizational perspectives.

• Collect, analyze, and produce detailed reports from standard data sources.

• Develop and manage work schedules to meet project milestones, including resource allocation when necessary.

• Review existing operations and implement innovative processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Expertise in data collection, analysis, and risk modeling.

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in business requirements analysis, gap analysis, and enterprise readiness assessment.

• Capability to perform project tracking, risk management, and change management.

• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and stakeholder expectation management.

• Technological acumen and proficiency with business tools and software.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3–6 years of experience in business process analysis and project coordination.

Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).
