Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, for a one year contract opportunity, working a hybrid schedule, for a company in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties:
•Responsible for handling needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align technology of a company with business strategies.
•Receive business needs from internal teams, solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and be able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution which optimizes business and end user value.
•Also responsible for overall system design documentation and assisting in successful rollout of new features and enhancements.
Ideal candidate
•MUST have financial services experience
•10+ years of IT background
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to relay ideas in both technical and user friendly language
•Collaborate with a team
Contract Pay: $40 to $60 an hour
