Job Description
Stenzo Tech is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and met. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business principles, and the ability to facilitate communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities
· Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
· Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Develop detailed business specifications and use cases for development teams.
· Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proficient in using modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
