TAS Environmental Services is hiring: Business Analyst in Irving

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and the financial performance of TAS Environmental Services. The role will require a highly analytical and results oriented incumbent with a strong understanding of business principles, data analysis techniques, and financial modeling. The Business Analyst will work on a variety of projects including pricing, sales, and customer experience projects.

Business Analyst Job Duties:

• Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed.
• Recommends and implements monthly price increases and coordinates with the analytics team and areas for implementation.
• Collects and analyzes moderately complex financial, statistical, and strategic information in order to maintain corporate pricing policies.
• In support of organizational optimization efforts, this role will support the ongoing development of a more streamlined execution of our monthly price increase files.
• Creates and analyzes reports for customer acceptance of price increase.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze competitor pricing strategies and product offerings.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct cost analysis to determine optimal pricing levels.
• Analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales and revenue.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
• Analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and return on investment.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clean and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
• Present findings to senior management in a clean and persuasive manner.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
