Triad offers a competitive base salary that ranges from $69k to $93K, dependant on your background, skill-set, years of experience and education. Key Responsibilities of the Analyst role:
- Strategic Execution: Contribute to department and functional strategies by developing effective approaches and processes to meet goals.
- Analytical Expertise: Serve as a key contributor with in-depth knowledge of your specialty area and broader business functions.
- Process Management: Manage and prioritize tasks, monitor project details, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Escalate issues and risks as needed, working closely with stakeholders for resolution and preventing future recurrences.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document, share, and promote best practices within the team and with business partners.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support reporting, trend identification, and insight development.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define project scopes and objectives.
- Solutions Development: Recommend improvements or alternatives to business processes, leveraging new or existing technology.
- Application Execution: Translate business requirements into actionable application specifications and collaborate with the team for successful implementation.
- Client Engagement: Communicate complex data-driven initiatives clearly to client teams, addressing questions and ensuring alignment with their goals.
Qualifications we would like to see from you:
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics software.
- Previous experience in an Analyst role.
- Must have proven Excel Skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Solid understanding of business processes, data modeling, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Experience with Encompass is highly valued.
