Minimum Requirements
~5+ years of experience in sales closing with relationship building, deal negotiation, and territory planning Experience in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities Experience understanding customers’ business model along with industry trends to land new business Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities Understanding of customer needs along with industry trends to upsell and expand in existing accounts Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities
The Digital Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers Develop and maintain relationships with existing specialized product customers with a focus on upselling via deal management and connecting customer needs with specific solutions Drive strategic add-on business within existing accounts Work on net new product expansion deals, along with renewals of core products Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
