Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with Minimum 9 years of experience.
- Minimum 7+yrs of Expertise as Business Analyst in Banking domain (CRM, Retail and Commercial)
- CPBA (Certified Pega Business Architect)
- Strong understanding of Business Process Automation tools like Pega
- Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology
- Hands on experience in JIRA.
- Banking Domain Experience (CRM, Retail and Commercial)
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stake holders.
- Assist Product owner in building product road maps in line with organizational priorities.
- Analyse AS-IS process to identify gaps and needs in existing processes and systems.
- Develop To-Be process addressing all gaps and needs of customers.
- Work with stake holders to understand and gather requirements.
- Elicit functional requirements and develop user stories in Agile framework.
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc meetings with SMEs for requirement clarifications/elaboration
- Guide offshore business analysts in line with product road map to ensure sufficient backlog for team to develop increment
- Good experience and understanding of Scrum in developing epics, user stories, supplementary requirements and business rules
- Create Mock-ups and Wireframes as part of requirements elaboration and user stories (JIRA)
- Facilitate client review and requirements approval
- Brainstorm with clients and help them prioritize requirements for each sprint and arrive at timelines.
- Maintain and groom product backlog
- Facilitate walkthrough sessions for Development and QA teams
- Root cause analysis for the defects encountered by business users during UAT
- Change request management for new features and enhancements identified during sprint
- Leadership management Reviews Prepare presentations showcasing Project Metrics, risks and mitigation strategies.
