They are looking for a talented PowerBI Analyst to join their data team and help them transform SQL data into actionable insights through visual dashboards and reports. This BI Analyst should be experienced with PowerBI, SQL, and Excel tools and interested in working with a team long term.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Extract data from various sources using SQL.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Data Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Dashboard Development:
• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing PowerBI dashboards.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing dashboards based on user feedback.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather and analyze data.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use PowerBI dashboards effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with PowerBI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in PowerBI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on W-2 without sponsorship; cannot work on a 1099 or C2C.
• Ability to work hybrid near Jupiter, FL.
