Our oil & gas client is looking to add an HR Business System Analyst to their team! As the HR Business System Analyst for Dayforce, you will serve as the administrator and primary support for Dayforce modules, including Benefits, HR, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of these systems. This position is open to candidates in Houston, TX and Owensboro, KY.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Dayforce modules: Benefits, HR, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Document processes, system configurations, and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience specifically working with Dayforce modules.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and supporting systems development and implementations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS/EPM is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
