firstPRO is actively seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team in Philadelphia. This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid work model, balancing flexibility with the benefits of in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee critical project elements including business case development, requirements elicitation and analysis, communication, testing, and training.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and support plans.
• Assist in managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans. Ensure thorough management and approval of all project materials.
• Assist in creating and utilizing measurement activities to assess project effectiveness, return on investment, and other success metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation tailored to the needs of each project.
• Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to enhance the quality and delivery of projects and programs.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 4-year college degree required.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.
• Basic understanding of change and risk management principles.
• Experience with Process mapping including the ability to conceptualize and diagram.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and principles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and diagramming software.
