Financial Expertise :-
• Understanding of investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, cash, funds, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial ratios and metrics
Skills Required :-
• BA/BS degree
• Direct experience working in an agile framework
• Direct experience taking epics/features and breaking them into detailed user stories
• Ability to write clear and concise detailed acceptance criteria and/or given-when-then scenarios
• Experience with SQL and Financial services.
Responsibility :-
• Ability to work with both the application SMEs and Business Stakeholders for eliciting requirements using various methods and to ensure a full understanding of business processes and rules that need to be applied
• Work with Product Manager to define project goals and ensure timely delivery of milestone items
• Implement strategic and technical solutions for problems reported by business and operations team by identifying the root cause
• Help define features and story level requirements for larger projects/client implementation
• Create and define user stories, with an emphasis on acceptance criteria, breaking down epics and features into smaller business deliverables
• Understand and document functional, technical and non-functional acceptance criteria
• Assist Product Manager in keeping Product Backlog prioritized
• Present stories for backlog refinement and work through developer questions for understanding
• Document requirements using JIRA and Confluence
• Create process diagrams, flow diagrams and/or work with our Design team on UI mockups for application functional requirements
• Help with production issues root cause analysis and resolution
• Work with Scrum Master and development team to coordinate planning of Agile/Scrum sprints for SDLC deliverables
• Provide UAT sign off during each sprint cycle
• Actively communicate all road blocks and/or receive sign off for sprint deliverable from respective stakeholders
• Assist with defining and managing dependencies across multiple teams, focusing on setting and aligning expectations across the teams and managing the timing and sequencing of the dependent events.
• Document release notes
• Help identify process gaps and define enriched processes for better SDLC and IT solutions
