Job Overview:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining reports and business workflows based on provided specifications. Operating under general supervision, your role will involve translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in problem analysis and developing, enhancing, and testing reports based on specifications and writing simple to moderate SQL queries.

• Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Communicates and interacts with customer contacts/liaison to increase efficiency and functionality of software applications.
• Documents applications, technical specifications and user manuals.
• Maintains current technology expertise.

• Mobility to work in typical office setting and use standard office equipment

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or Business Administration

• Related experience in system analysis/performance may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
