Position Title: Business Systems Analyst FLSA: Salaried Exempt
Reports To: Director of Finance Date: November 2024
Company Information: Manufacturer of large specialty fasteners and forgings used in Heavy Construction, Infrastructure, Power Generation, and General Distribution.

General Summary:
Primary responsibilities include technical support of all business applications, selection of new applications where needed, expand the use of technology throughout the company, and end-user support/training. We currently have 3 physical locations and 2 companies requiring support. Hybrid work environment possible for the right candidate.

Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot, support, and improve the use of Epicor ERP across all departments and locations. Complete ERP administration responsibility.
Develop reports, queries, and utilize data analysis tools to improve data availability to employees and management.
Learn Dyson business processes and develop/implement IS strategies to reduce processing time and improve data availability and integrity.
Lead teams during software improvement projects while meeting deadlines and operating within budget.
Coordinate and manage relationships with outside consultants related to software, customizations, and support contracts.
Create or learn how to create custom reports and dashboards. Training available.

Education & Experience:
- Experience with software as it relates to inventory, scheduling, manufacturing, purchasing, customer order, accounting, payroll, HR, MRP, capacity planning, shipping/receiving, CRM.
- Two or four year degree in information systems, information technology, or other related fields of study. Certifications or relevant work experience will be considered.
- Proven track record working in this capacity with another manufacturing or distribution company. Prefer minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
- Basic experience with all Microsoft products, crystal reports, SSRS, db query tools, SQL, Power Bi, Epicor, share point, web hosting software. Training will be available.
- Must be comfortable as the go to person for all application related topics. Experience with prioritizing projects and completing them on time.
- Experience with ERP software, turning on new software features, improving processes with technology, driving change, and implementing new technology.
