Job Description:

Must Haves:

1. Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodology
2. In-depth knowledge of Swap products – TRS, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime Business
3. Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.)
4. Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred
5. Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential
6. Detailed knowledge of Swaps Lifecycle
7. Thorough understanding of the roles in a Lifecycle – Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations

BA Skills:

1. Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues
2. Requirements gathering, conducting and documenting analyses, applying guidelines and standards
3. Providing recommendations about hardware, software, or other technology solutions
4. Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions
5. Understanding business problems and goals of users
6. Recommending solutions and technical solutions
7. Resolving conflicts between user requirements
8. Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution
9. Analyzing data to predict trends through research
10. Presenting findings to business stakeholders
11. Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking
12. Ability to simplify complex concepts
